💰 Cash on Delivery Policy

1.COD is available for orders above ₹2,999.
2.In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability, the order must be prepaid for re-shipping.
3.If a customer refuses COD twice, future COD options will be disabled.
4.COD orders are confirmed via call/SMS/email.

1.If an item is unavailable, you’ll be contacted within 2 business days.
2.We do not accept backorders.
3.You may opt for a replacement or refund for unavailable items.

❌ Cancellation Policy

1.Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
2.Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
3.If cancelled, a 2.5% gateway fee may apply on refunds.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders:
1.Free shipping for orders above ₹1,000.
2.₹150 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹1,000.
3.Delivery time: 3–7 working days.

International Orders:
1.Free shipping on orders above ₹15,999.
2.₹2,500 flat shipping for orders below ₹15,999.
3.Customs charges (if applicable) to be borne by the customer.

🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns in the following conditions:
1.Product is damaged, leaked, or missing on arrival.
2.You inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
3.Unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.

Refunds are issued:
1.Only after quality inspection
2.Within 10–15 business days after approval
3.No refunds on open, used, or gift items
